I came to see an advanced practitioner physiotherapist for my chronic neck and arm problem.
I left feeling like a weight had been lifted. I was treated with such respect and dignity and was totally reassured of the competence and skill of the professional I saw.
I also work in healthcare and found the physiotherapist I saw to be very inspiring and reassuring. He was clearly under time pressure but never made me feel rushed or pushed. He listened to everything I said and made me feel very cared for.
