This class booking and cancellation policy applies to our online class booking system TeamUp, accessed through our website.
All classes must be paid for at the point of booking, this can be done either online, by phone or in person at Reception. Classes can only be booked one week at a time; therefore the following week can only be booked upon completion of the current class. You can only book places for yourself and no one else can attend in your place. It may be necessary to change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect bookings that have already been paid for and notice will be given of any change.
Pilates classes – updated October 2020
All Pilates classes are booked one week at a time. Please be aware that before joining our Pilates Improvers and Pilates Intermediate classes, you must have completed the 6-week Modified Pilates Beginners course* and have been cleared by the class instructor to proceed to this level. To achieve the maximum benefits from this course it is preferable that you attend weekly for the full 6 sessions.
* The 6-week Modified Pilates Beginners course is for those new to Pilates and new to Pilates at Horder Healthcare. Click here for more information.
Cancellations and "No-Shows"
When cancelling your booking with more than 24 hours notice a refund can be given but your place in that class will not be reserved and may be lost for future weeks.
Cancellations should be made via your login on the website or phone; we do not accept cancellations by email. Any rebooking of a class must be made within 7 days from the date of cancellation.
When cancelling a class if less than 24 hours notice is provided a refund or the option to rebook is unable to be given.
If Horder Healthcare cancels or changes a class the option to rebook or a full refund will be given. All refunds will be transferred directly into your bank account within 3 working days.
If class attendees fail to turn up for class without prior notice (“no-show”) no refund or option to rebook will be given for the class.
For Health and safety reasons classes are limited to a set number of attendees and cannot be increased.
