Patients can discover what to expect from independent healthcare through a new animation created by the Independent Healthcare Providers Network (IHPN).
With the support of Patients Association, IHPN has developed the short film setting out patients’ rights around being treated safely, receiving the highest professional standards of care, and having a good patient experience.
Chief Executive of IHPN, David Hare, said all independent healthcare providers have a duty to ensure patients receive all of those elements.
