“Truly first class both people and the service provided ”

Patient feedback posted via nhs.uk

I met a lot of people during the short time needed for my operation and recovery.

A happy multi-cultural team of caring people whether Agency or Permanent staff. All made the time to talk to me in their busy lives. Anaesthetist and surgeon visited before and after the surgery, both are held in high regard by myself and the colleagues that I subsequently spoke with.

I had a condition arise that is common after surgery for old men and it was fully examined and symptoms cured under the care of an excellent doctor. It was reported to my GP for follow up examination. The physio was relatively easy for me as I can still touch my toes and after two sessions I had satisfied the conditions for physio release.

Pain was well managed, food was very good, nursing staff were empathetic.
