These short videos have been developed to support people in managing and preventing common back pain at work, whether in physically demanding or desk-based roles. They provide practical, evidence-based advice to help you stay active, work safely, and support your recovery.

The series has been co-produced by NHS East Sussex MSK Community Partnership and NHS Sussex MSK Health Brighton & Hove and West Sussex as part of a funded GIRFT MSK Work and Health proof-of-concept project, and has been facilitated by Horder Healthcare.

If you have any of the symptoms mentioned at the end of the video, please see a health professional immediately. This may be your GP, by calling 111 or attending A&E.
