* Please note that before joining the Pilates and Pilates Advanced classes you must have completed the Pilates Induction and have been cleared by the class instructor to proceed to these levels.
Pilates Induction
The Pilates Induction is for those new to Pilates at Horder Healthcare and by the end of the class you will be ready to join the Pilates or Advanced Pilates class. This is a 60-minute one-off lesson and it costs £16.
How to book a class in 3 simple steps
1. Go to our booking platform
2. Login or create a new account
3. Browse the class schedule and select the class you wish to book.
You must book your classes online up to 1 week in advance.
Please note that before joining your first exercise class you will be required to fill out a short medical questionnaire on the booking platform.
