Professional profile
Silvia graduated in 2010 in her native country, Spain. She started her career working as volunteer in Mozambique as a Paediatric Physiotherapist, but soon found her footing and passion for MSK physiotherapy.
Before joining The Horder Centre she mainly worked for the private sector in Spain and Ireland, always with special interest in the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Alongside this, she gained experience on the pitch by working for different sports clubs, such as rugby, boxing and different martial arts. Amongst which, she worked with the Spanish Rugby and Boxing Federations.
Silvia is also qualified in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, several joint and neural mobilisation techniques, dry needling and sports massage. She is currently completing a Masters in cPNI (clinical psychoneuroimmunology).
