Dan now focuses solely on his role at Horder Healthcare where he has coordinated & developed programs such as our Balance & Flexibility and Fitness for the Over 50’s classes.
Dan also instructs multiple Modified Pilates classes across sites at Horder Healthcare. Having been diagnosed with osteoarthritis relatively early in life, Dan has also become an invaluable member of the physiotherapy team providing support to arthritis patients through the ESCAPE Pain course run at Horder Healthcare.
Dan’s passion to support patients through guided exercise rehabilitation has seen him further develop his role at Horder Healthcare, by providing a growing number of one-to-one training sessions alongside his group classes. Dan sees a range of patients who require rehabilitation exercises or desire strength & conditioning strategies to improve their balance, fitness, postural control, or weight management.
