The Horder Centre Marks 200th Arthrosamid Treatment for Knee Osteoarthritis

We are proud to have reached a significant clinical milestone, having now treated our 200th patient with Arthrosamid®, a long-acting injectable treatment for people living with knee osteoarthritis. 

Introduced at The Horder Centre last year, Arthrosamid® is a non-surgical treatment option designed to help reduce knee pain and improve function in suitable patients, offering an alternative for those who may not yet require surgery.  

The milestone reflects our growing expertise in delivering innovative, evidence-based treatments for musculoskeletal conditions. 

It is delivered in an outpatient setting by one of four specialist knee consultants, Mr Tofunmi OniMr Andrew SkyrmeMr Andrew Armitage, and Mr Christopher Buckle, who are supported by our highly skilled clinical support teams. This multidisciplinary approach ensures patients receive safe, effective and personalised care at every stage of their treatment journey.
